With an open and inclusive approach, we bring together the wisdom and practices of different Buddhist traditions to provide a platform for learning the Dharma, studying and practising the teachings, and participating in group practice.
Through Buddhist scriptures, Dharma teachings, talks and online group practices, we hope to help more people develop a deeper understanding of Buddhism and put compassion, wisdom and mindfulness into practice in everyday life. With the aspiration to uphold the true Dharma and benefit all beings, we strive to contribute to the continued propagation and transmission of the Buddha’s teachings.
