  1. The Preliminary Practices Program (PPP) is one of many programs in 1BUDDHISM's structured cultivation system which emphasizes both theoretical understanding and practical experiences. It is a pre-requisite for students who wish to enrol in 1BUDDHISM’s Meditation programs, such as the Samatha Beginner Program (1BSBP), Samatha Jhana Meditator Program (1BSJM) or Vipassana Program (1BSVM), to have gone through and passed the PPP.
  2. Both the PPP and Meditation programs are open for enrolment ONCE a year only.
  3. They are open only to those with the right view and mindfulness, have full faith in the Triple Gem and the lineage Zen Master Ven. Hong Bok @Vajirananda AND are willing to accept instructional guidance and put in the right effort to walk through the path to liberation.
Note: Registration is currently CLOSED, next intake: Year 2022.
